Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and engaging in HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in HR policies and employee benefits management
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with people across all levels of an organization
• Organizational and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
