• Academic level, Master in Business Economics, Business Administration or comparable • 10 -15 years of experience in financial roles out of which should have led high-performing teams for at least 3 years • Preferably experience in an FMCG /health and/or IT/Technology/Agritech and industrial organization. Strong experience with manufacturing business is required as a hands-on approach is required. • Experience in the integration of businesses • Capable to build and maintain effective and motivated teams • Experience with leading IT functions and implementing ERP systems. • International working experience or experience in global (matrix) operating companies. • Should be well versed with Indian taxation, FEMA, GST and transfer pricing laws 1. Solid finance management experience including manufacturing. 2. Managed big team than 10 3. Experienced senior manager in the past.
