Job description
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping department in a hotel, motel, or resort. They supervise the work of the housekeeping staff, develop work schedules, and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order. They are also responsible for hiring, firing, and training employees. The Executive Housekeeper ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas and ensures the guest experience meets or exceeds expectations.
