Job description
Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
Monitoring and supervising thre bigcut team for :
1) Timely cutting of samples and forwarding to subcontract labs
2) Ensuring 100% samples are moved to the labs on the same day
3) Monitoring and balancing the work load within team
4) handling the additional sample requests on time
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):
. Communicate with technical team & Manager for any test clarification
. Communication with CS Team for additional Sample requirement
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):
. Job Receiving Samples from Test assignment Department with TRF.
. Marking Sample + TRF to ensure correctness
. Taking a Digital of the sample and Doing the Big cut Scan
. Reviewing the Test Assignment sheet for Tests, required for submission
. Cutting samples and attaching Scan sheets Department wise
. Putting these Samples in different Baskets according to Department marked
for submission
. In case of Insufficient sample informing CS to send additional sample
. required and follow -up for the same

. Qualifications:
. Diploma Certificate in textile or above and major in B.Sc
. Ability to read documents such as procedure manuals in English
. At least 1 to 2 years' related experience.
. Knowledge of computer application in relevant software.
