We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our business, handling a variety of administrative and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Administrative Support : Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Communication Management : Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  3. Document Management : Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  4. Meeting Coordination : Arrange, coordinate, and minute meetings; ensure follow-up on action points.
  5. Project Assistance : Support project management activities, including research and documentation.
