1. Managing and supervising branch staff: A Branch Manager is overall responsible for
the staff in its branch. They ensure that their team is properly trained and motivated to
achieve the branch's objectives.
2. Sales and Marketing: A Branch Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals and
developing marketing strategies to promote the vehicle. A branch manager is also responsible for setting and achieving the branch's financial and operational goals. They develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve their target.
3. Managing customer relations: Branch Managers are often the face of the company to
the public, and as such, they must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. They
should handle customer complaints or feedback and work to resolve issues in a timely and
efficient manner.
4. Operational Management: A Branch manager is responsible for managing the day-today operations of the branch and ensuring that operational policies and procedures are
followed, and monitoring the branch’s financial performance. They use this information to
make decisions that improve the branch’s overall performance.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures: A branch manager
ensures that their branch follows all company policies and procedures. They also ensure
compliance with relevant laws and regulations
6. Maintaining a safe and secure working environment: A branch manager is responsible
for maintaining a safe and secure working environment for their staff and customers. They
ensure that the branch is compliant with health and safety regulations.
7. Communication and Collaboration: A Branch manager must communicate effectively
with other Branch Managers and departments within the company to ensure that the branch
