With 1500+ sheds for rent/sale/lease across India that include Warehouses, Godown, Factory, Industrial use, Storage spaces, Cold Storage, etc., the company operates on a PAN India basis and services clients in 20+ cities across India. In addition to commercial leasing, the company also deals in pre-leased, income-yielding assets to investors and arranges industrial land on Joint Developments and JVs. All Warehouses' domain experts are specialized in every vertical of real estate across India. Role Description LEASING: This is a full-time on-site "Director of Leasing" position located in Chennai. The Director of Leasing will be responsible for MARKETING, IDENTIFYING PROSPECTIVE TENANTS, MAINTAINING RAPPORT WITH LANDLORDS and MANAGING NEGOTIATIONS and LEASE DEED EXECUTION. Management of an able team that is already a market leader in leasing factory spaces in Chennai will require prior experience in Commercial Real Estate - Leasing Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in marketing, commercial leasing, lease negotiations, maintaining client relationships and lease execution Ability to develop and implement strategies to meet target leasing goals Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant relationship management Excellent communication (ENGLISH - preferred with both HINDI AND TAMIL) and interpersonal skills Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial leasing Experience in industrial real estate or BTS solutions is a plusJob tags
