• 8+ years related to Banking software applications.
• Should have experience in Core banking ( Preferably Flexcube ) functions will include transaction accounts, loans, mortgages, payments, Cash management, Accounting and Trade finance. And also channels like automated teller machines, Internet banking and mobile banking.
• Should have experience working on at least one implementation project from the requirement phase.
• Experience in Transformation Programs is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain all project documents and should have a good understanding of process flows, user stories, and use cases.
• Must have good product demonstration skills.
• Must have good stakeholder communication skills.
• Must have participated in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
• Must know the software development lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of product implementation and working through the defined configuration.
• 4+ years of core technical banking experience
• Experience in story writing
• Functional banking experience
