Job Title: Global HR Head / Manager

Role Summary: As the Global HR Manager, you will spearhead our international HR strategies, ensuring alignment with our organizational culture and business objectives. Your expertise will drive HR excellence across our diverse workforce, emphasizing employee engagement and experience. While your primary location will be Hyderabad, your impact will resonate globally.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and execute international HR strategies that resonate with our organizational culture and business goals.
• Policy and Program Development : Create and implement HR programs and policies related to employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Employee Engagement : Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall experience.
• Compliance and Legal : Ensure adherence to international employment laws and regulations.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor our HR teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Metrics and Reporting : Regularly assess HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education : Master's degree in human resources or business administration.
• Experience : A minimum of 12 years , with a focus on global HR management.
• Global Mindset : Proven ability to navigate cultural nuances and adapt HR practices across diverse geographies.
• Legal Acumen : Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance.
• Technology Skills : Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:

· Work Location : Manjeera Trinity Corporate, JNTU-Hitech City Road, Hyderabad

· Work Type : Hybrid (3:2); 5-day Work Week

· Shift Timings : Day Shift (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM)
