Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a RERA Compliance Specialist. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our clients comply with all real estate regulatory requirements, conducting compliance audits, and identifying and mitigating compliance risks. They will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and communicating them to relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
• Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex regulatory requirements in simple terms
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, or related field
