Role Overview – Senior Product Manager The Senior Product Manager would be responsible for leading the product management function and the product management team. In this role, you would be accountable for the following: ● Represent the product, the company, and the business model in an independent manner in front of all stakeholders - customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing and implementation teams ● Work closely with all stakeholders to understand and prioritize the most important drivers for business growth. ● Train and drive the product management team to prioritize, optimize and deliver impactful features. ● Own the product roadmap planning and communication on a quarterly and yearly cadence ● Work closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launch value bundles within the platform. ● Work with Ops/Recruitment/HR functions to plan and build teams and processes for growth and scale ● Evangelize the product story - around impact, growth, and the future - both internally and externally to build transparency, trust and confidence. ● Foster a culture of data-driven and feedback-driven decision making within the product management function, and provide confidence for the PM team members to do the same ● Bring processes and structures to ensure effective collaboration between user research, UX design, engineering, and product mgmt. functions to ensure delivery of the right features at the right time What would you need to succeed as a PM at CareStack? ● Growth focus, and be excited by the nuances that come along with it ● A natural desire to make people around you successful. ● Ability and willingness to learn new business domains and applications. ● Background of building and leading Product teams for growth ● Experience in B2B product management is a good-to-have As part of our interview process, we conduct an initial shortlisting to identify candidates who closely match our requirements.
