What you will do

You are to take ownership of the property by supervising housekeeping, administration, staff, and guest interaction.

• Know your guests and have a passion for independent travel and the road less traveled
• Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalised recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
• OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF
• Be Responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
• Correctly administer the Staff roles & procedures in every shift with 100% accuracy and consistency
• Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest's needs & experiences.
• You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
