Greetings of the Day!! We at Tech Mahindra are Hiring for Skilled Project Manager with the skill set of MES PM primary, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud and Security. Below is the Detailed Job Description for the same: Job Title: Project Manager Experience: 14+ Years Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune Job Description: Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering with SaaS solutions (any industry standard) and on-premise software. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Broad knowledge and experience in SaaS, especially in areas like Identity and Access management (including Single Sign-On), Security, Application Performance measurement and optimization, Data migrations (typically from on-premise to Cloud/Saas), Integrations with other business applications. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and to translate (high level) business needs into specific IT solutions and to drive the delivery of these solutions end-to-end. Experience with both formal methods and with best practices in project delivery. Working experience in ITSM processes, especially change management. Excellent verbal and written English. Specific experience (could be as a key user) with any SaaS suite on a global scale; Experience with Enablon or Concur or Project Place/Plan View is a definite plus. Certifications in any industry-standard SaaS solution is a plus. Prior experience working in an Agile and/or DevOps setting is a definite plus. Prior exposure to Lean Six Sigma and/or any structured process improvement approach is a plus. Knowledge of the manufacturing/ process industry is a plus.
