Roles & Responsibilities :

Actively engage with banks to promote and sell IT banking solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within financial institutions. Pitch and demonstrate the value proposition of our IT banking solutions to potential clients. Identify and understand customer needs; addressing them with tailored technology solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation. Leverage a proactive approach to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets. Demonstrate a hunger for success and achievement in the competitive IT banking technology market. Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to navigate and handle diverse stakeholders. Showcase a track record of proactive involvement in extracurricular activities. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Required Criteria :

Basic knowledge of banking terminologies & products Should have exp from 4-9yrs into sales. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proactive approach with a persistent and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Should be linguistic.
