POSP Agency Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a POSP Agency Manager. The POSP Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by building and managing a team of POSP agents, training and guiding agents on product and sales techniques, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The POSP Agency Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

• Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Insurance Sales, preferably in Health and Life Insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for Insurance Sales
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
• Certification as a POSP Agent or IRDAI approved insurance agent is a plus
