Expected CTC offering - INR 1,80,000- 2,16,000 PA

Location of the Job: Â Khar, Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Company and its products

-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; and suggesting information about other products and services.

-Maintains customer records by updating account information.

-Engaging with the Customers and showcasing KC Roasters brand

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.

-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

-On behalf of the company, the employee will have to look into customer relations

Required skills:

-English fluency

-Must be either Graduate or Postgraduate or Doctorate in any specialization

- Must be Energetic
