Job description

Position Responsibility: The position would report to Group President - Corporate Finance and would be responsible to independently raise Equity and structured finance for the group entities. Apart from the above, the candidate will also be expected to work on Mergers and acquisitions/NCLT Responsible for raising Private Equity funds for the group.
Responsible for managing IPO/preferential allotment/M&A and NCLT acquisitions.
Develop good Relationships with equity funds/Family offices/ AIFs, regulatory authorities to generate more funds for the business.
Responsible to handle investors, shareholders agreement.
Responsible to create financial models from scratch with advanced excel functions
To Conduct Due diligence of all the deals.
To handle Structured Finance
Expertise in the preparation of Pitch Deck (Investor's Presentation, Valuation model-DCF, Relative, SOTP)
Responsible for industry research and financial benchmarking
Responsible to analyse the acquisition. opportunity from a Merger and acquisition perspective

Desired Profile
Engineering / CA & MBA Finance (Tier 1 Institute) with relevant experience in Equity fund raising team of a Corporate of Repute
Strong in Private Equity funding, IPO/ preferential allotment/ M&A.
Should have 8 +yrs of relevant experience in equity
Must have good relations with equity funds/Family offices/regulatory authorities
Should have good experience in working for good deals and close it within a quick turnaround time.
Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
Should have experience in end to end private equity and M&A transaction
Should have Relationship with equity funds/family offices/AIFs etc
