Job Description

This role will entail coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. They will oversee all aspects of project, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.

Getting familiar with the client's business environment in order to lead projects effectively Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization Undertaking periodic reviews to make sure that projects are on track Updating project documentation on a consistent basis and conveying them to the management Defining the structure of a project, its goals, and resource requirements Implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependency Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans

Ideal candidate profile 4– 9 years relevant experience, working in international markets (especially USA) Experience in working with a product/technology company Having a PMP/CAPMcertification is a plus

Skills Required Exceptional analytical skills Well versed with Microsoft Office, GSuite Proficiency in project management tools & communication platforms like JIRA, Trello, Slack etc. Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a variety of project environments ● Excellent time management skills Superb problem-solving and resource planning skills Expertise in creating project reports, Dashboards. Good in Business and Data Analysis Stakeholder and Client Engagement Good interpersonal & communication skills Efficiency in managing and prioritizing tasks
