Job description
Network Operations Lead Roles and Responsibilities: The role requires a flexible, senior/lead engineer who can manage multiple work streams in a fast paced enterprise environment. Manage the P1/P2 MIM bridges and handle customer escalations. Should be flexible and instrumental in addressing customer expectations in business & non business hours efficiently. Deploy Network infrastructure and execute services covering the installations, testing, cutover, migration and troubleshooting.
Analysis of Major Incidents in the Month Prepare & Analyse reports regarding the tickets, & CRQs. Responsible for analysing incidents and change requests before execution. Participate and Lead Major Incident Calls. Analysing daily health reports. Taking care of Weekly/Monthly KPI/GPI/CPI Matrix and reports. Taking care of SOC/other audits. SIP and BAU efficiency improvement. Responsibility for various stages of the network development. This may include design, analysis, configuration, testing and fixing issues with the network infrastructure or application components. To assist in the planning, design, and implementation, of data network projects. Provide technical support for projects as required Configure and utilize a variety of network management tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow) Should be able to support EST working hours, working in shifts and on call support Skills required: Should have 12 14+ years of experience. Should have experience of managing & leading operation & team. Experience of preparing Weekly/Monthly KPI/GPI/CPI reports. Experience Of SOC/other Audits. SIP and BAU efficiency improvement. Knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco catalyst switches and Nexus 5k, 7k, 9k etc. Knowledge and hands on experience in routing protocols and enterprise or service provider networks Excellent skills in Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches, firewalls. Strong understanding Cisco ACI SDN and worked on installation/operations of the ACI environment. Hands on experience on F5 Load balancer (LTM, GTM) Good to have: Knowledge on Cisco Wi Fi & Wi Fi 6.0 Good to have: Knowledge on ISE implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Certifications: ITIL Advanced CCNA (R&S) CCNP CCIE DC / CCIE SecurityJob tags
