Work Experience Needed: At least 8 years. Location: Bangalore or willing to move within one month. Salary: Rs. 65,000 monthly (pre-tax), with a yearly performance bonus and pay review every 6 months. Responsibilities include leading marketing projects for various clients. Candidates must be willing to accommodate periodic client visits. As a social media manager at Outre, we're looking for someone who can do it all—produce and publish content, write, edit and proofread it, formulate social strategies and manage a team of social media specialists. We believe that content is queen (or king) when it comes to online marketing—and that's why we need someone who can think creatively while also analysing data and trends to formulate a strategy that will help us engage with our audience in new and exciting ways. Content Manager Responsibilities: Writing, editing and proofreading content. Managing the socials team. Formulating a cross-platform content strategy. Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas. Build a following on social media. Provide creative and marketing support to team members. Track web analytics to ascertain content/social engagement levels. Manage content/socials across all platforms, including email and social media. Content Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or a related field. Adept at keyword placement and social best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML. Proficiency with popular content management systems. Experience with social media management. Creativity and the ability to develop original content. Ability to build content that provokes engagement. Strong leadership qualities.Job tags
