Job description
Senior Process Engineer shall perform below activities
- Well conversant with simulation software HYSYS, Flarenet, PIPESIM, PIPENET, OLGA
- Review and performing Simulation studies (steady state & dynamic) and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet
- Review and sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
- Review and preparation of PFD, P&ID
- Review and preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
- Review and estimation of Power load
- Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
- Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
- Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations performing and review
- Review and Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
- Review and preparation of pipeline simulation (steady state & transient) & pipeline hydraulic report
