Job Description: Business Consultant
Number of Positions - 3 Position
Overview: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Consultants at our office located in Sector 5, Kolkata.
As a Zoho Premium Partner specializing Business process re-engineering and data migration, we are looking for candidates with working knowledge in GST, TDS, and a thorough understanding of financial processes. The ideal candidates will excel in understanding client requirements, recommending suitable systems and applications, and providing hands-on support throughout the setup, implementation, and migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
2. Analyze client data and processes to recommend the most suitable system and application solutions, with a focus on Zoho Finance applications.
3. Lead the setup, implementation, and data migration processes for clients transitioning to Zoho.
4. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients to ensure seamless adoption and operation of the new system.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of the system.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates to applications functionality to provide informed recommendations to clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies related to system implementation and migration.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum educational qualification of CA Inter or M.Com.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a CA firm or a consultancy company
3. Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and their implications on financial processes.
4. Proficiency in Tally and experience with Zoho Books will be preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technologies as needed.
