Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at Hire Xpert. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in overseeing the architectural design and execution of projects. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and design architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Create and present architectural designs, proposals, and plans to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide junior architects and designers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost analysis for potential projects.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and products.
