Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience and a degree in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong understanding of HR processes. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including the tracking of performance reviews and goal-setting activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
