Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media platforms. You will play a critical role in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and expanding our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's goals and target audience.
- Platform Management: Manage and update all company social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Analytics: Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
- Campaigns and Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong creative and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
