We are looking for Factory Operations Manager who want to live and work in Australia/Canada/Europe and GCC under Work and PR Visa.

A Factory Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the manufacturing industry, overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant or factory to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing staff and organizing workflows to ensuring safety protocols are followed and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules, oversee production processes, and ensure that the factory meets its production targets within the set timeframes and quality standards.
• Creating long-term plans and initiatives to accomplish company goals efficiently
• Coordinating with other teams to implement strategies and cross-training efforts
• Analyzing budgets to minimize expenses without sacrificing profits
• Developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
• Ensure that the factory complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, environmental laws, and health and safety standards. Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers from occupational hazards.
• Oversee the management of materials and inventory, ensuring that materials are used efficiently and inventory levels are maintained to meet production needs without excessive stockholding.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial setting is essential, with 7+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Knowledge of production machinery and equipment, understanding of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with quality control systems.

Salary

• Duration : 2 years (Renewable)
• Salary : 8000 - 10000 SAR (depends upon the candidates experience)
