Key Responsibilities:

Note: Your Roles & Responsibilities would be the following but not limited to:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
  2. Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Oversee payroll processing, compensation analysis, and salary benchmarking.
  5. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR paperwork and documentation.
  6. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  7. Contribute to strategic HR projects such as organizational restructuring and change management.
  8. Implement company policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.
  9. Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
  10. Manage office administration tasks including facilities management and procurement.
  11. Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and services.
  12. Support senior management in HR-related decision-making and provide guidance on HR best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management , Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Optional pursuit of a Master's degree, such as MHRM or MBA with HR concentration.
  3. Specialized certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP demonstrate proficiency.
  4. Continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and staying updated on industry trends is crucial.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
