Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator Location- Noida
Key Responsibilities: Product Coordination: Coordinate with the design team & procurement to understand readiness and align with logistics for delivery feasibility. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that event merchandise is produced and delivered on schedule. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Order Management: Process business teams/events orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and delivered promptly. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on order status and resolving any issues that arise during the order fulfilment process. Inventory Management: Add new designs/assets to the inventory system, including detailed product information and pricing. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimise stock levels and reduce overstock. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the brands quality standards before they are shipped to customers. Coordinate with suppliers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and business preferences to suggest new products or design ideas. Analyse event data to identify trends and make recommendations for future inventory selections. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align product availability with promotional activities. Prepare and present reports on inventory status, order fulfilment metrics, and sales trends to management. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4-6 years of proven experience in Merchandise Coordinator role.
