Night Shift
Responsibilities: • Basic Accounting: Perform data entry and basic accounting functions with precision and accuracy and Hands-on experience in various accounting and accounting procedures
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Expense Management: Track and reconcile daily expenses, preparing regular financial reports as needed, Consulting to reduce costs and increase profits, and Compilation and presentation of financial and budget reports
• Communication: Work with clients and internal teams to manage financial information flow effectively, Produce client tax return documents that follow laws and regulations, and Keep books and systems up to date
• Document Handling: Visit virtual government offices to present or obtain the necessary documentation, Preparation of provisional, estimated, and projected accounts, Analysing financial data, reporting, and preparing financial statements
• Prepare returns, payments, or other documents for clients with complex taxes who need help filing their returns on time each year, Reconciling bank statements, and ensuring that financial records are accurate throughout the year
• Utilize accounting software and demonstrate a basic understanding of Internet applications (HTML, Wordpress)
Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a remote capacity
• At least two years of college with basic accounting courses completed
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe PDF
• Basic understanding of Internet applications, including HTML and Wordpress
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
