Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer service, sales, and training. They will also be responsible for managing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Experience in training or coaching others
• Experience in sales management
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of women's fashion industry trends and products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 yrs of experience required in Kurti brands(W, Biba, Kazo, Madame, Libas, FabIndia, Aurelia)
