Role Description This is a full-time on-site co-founder/CTO role in Delhi. The co-founder/CTO will be responsible for leading the product development team in building AI-based smart energy management and storage solutions, as well as setting the overall technical strategy of the company. The co-founder/CTO will also be responsible for overall technology development and scaling, and will work alongside the CEO and the rest of the senior leadership team. Qualifications Experience in a relevant technical leadership role Strong technical background: Experience with Electrical engineering, software development and integration, system design, and technical scalability Excellent communication skills to lead the development process and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in engineering complex systems that leverage machine learning and data-driven approaches to optimize efficiency and deliver business value Experience in renewable energy and energy management tech Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a track record of scaling technology Entrepreneurial mindset and a strategic thinker Experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams Benefits 10% Equity in the company based on the vesting period.
