Job description

Manager: HR- Talent Acquisition About the Company InfoAnalytica Consulting provides critical market intelligence and valuable business insights to its global business clients. We have extensive expertise in Business & Financial Research and Analysis, Social Media Solutions, Marketing and Technology Consulting, and Content Development. Our clients include small, midsize and large (Fortune 500) companies in the U.S. and Europe. infoAnalytica’s philosophy is to provide actionable insights, solutions and content that deliver results in the applicable business space. Key responsibilities may include, but not limited to: TALENT ACQUISITION: Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Lead employment branding initiatives Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (Screening profiles, interview scheduling, conducting technical tests, salary negotiations etc.) Ensure Excellent candidates’ & Hiring managers’ experience & Delight Organize and execute career fairs, campus hiring and manage university relations Managing New employee Induction & Onboarding Programs Advise on Compensation & Benefits Oversee other HR Administrative activities

Requirements: At least 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with IT / ITES, Market Research, Data Analytics, BPO / KPO or Consulting company Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding Proficient in the use of social media, Job boards & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & databases Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
