Job Description
MyOperator is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Executive with a focus on B2B Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the charge in the field identifying and acquiring new business opportunities building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the overall growth of MyOperators client base.

1. **Field Sales Activities:**
Conduct facetoface meetings with potential B2B clients to understand their communication needs.
Showcase MyOperators suite of services through onsite presentations.

2. **Prospecting and Lead Generation:**
Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research and ontheground networking.
Generate leads through various channels and establish a strong sales pipeline.

3. **Client Engagement:**
Build and maintain strong inperson client relationships.
Provide personalized solutions to meet clients specific communication requirements.

4. **Sales Negotiation:**
Conduct negotiations onsite effectively communicating the value proposition of MyOperators products and services.
Close deals in alignment with company goals.

5. **Relationship Management:**
Ensure excellent postsales support and onsite assistance to enhance client satisfaction.
Address client queries and concerns promptly.

6. **Market Intelligence:**
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics through field observations.
Provide insights and feedback to enhance MyOperators offerings.

7. **Reporting and Documentation:**
Maintain accurate records of field sales activities customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on field sales performance.

Requirements


**Qualifications:**
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B field sales and business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
