Organizational Role: General Manager
Team formation /recruitment training and coordination.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with New customers.
Meeting the targets Monthly / Quarterly / yearly on the basis of optimal projections.
Control and monitoring of the team on daily basis with access and compliance of DPR on software.
Conceiving and introducing schemes and bonus to customers / brokers
Maintaining competent collateral's, signage and advertisement campaigns and digital promotion.
Maintaining rapport with brokers and corporate.
Doing regular events.
Revenue generation with good recovery
Identification and acquisitions of New projects.
Constant market reviews
Keeping aesthetics of all sites with discipline.
