Position- Payroll Executive
Location- Mumbai
Experience- 1-4 yrs
Key skills- Must have Excel knowledge, Indian Payroll
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly Attendance Working and Co-ordinate with HR to obtain timely Monthly attendance, new joiners, resigned, and status changes information every month, check for discrepancies & and ensure timely correct salary disbursement to each Branches employee.
- Maintenance of employee database.
- We are handling payroll and Attendance software.
- Managing advance salary, Bonus, Loans, Incentives, Time, Other Earnings etc
- Check the Final Salary register with attendance and Input file OT, Arrears, Bank Account Total Dues and Net Amount after statutory deduction.
- Checking the salary register with the master CTC which we maintain.
- Prepare Reconciliation statement in month's end and take confirmation of employee on Traveling Advance, Salary advance and Staff Loan.
- Updating Leave record through attendance sheet and leave application form.
- Maintaining leave records and updating leave cards on a monthly basis.
- Forwarding salary slips to the respective employees through E-mail.
- Preparation of Full and Final Settlement of the left or terminated employee & and workers monthly.
- Preparing final settlement, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
- Prepare and maintain statutory compliance like PF, PT, and ESIC deductions.
- Ensuring statutory compliance PF, ESIC, PT are completed accurately and well before due dates.
- Taking care of all the issues related to employees and solving them to increase the satisfaction level of the employees related to salary, and other queries pertaining to their job profile, work culture, etc.
