Hiring Area sales manager for D2C luggage Brand.(Candidate having experience from luggage industry are preferred)
Location - Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Jharkhand.
Salary - 12 LPA to 15 LPA
Job Summary - Accountable for driving Channel Sales and business development for the channel in the Area/Territory and achievement of the top-line and profitable category mix in the Region.
Job Responsibility:-
- Overall Operation includes Sales plan and successful execution of business, manage sales across the territory with key focused on Channel Sales and development.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales and executing coverage expansion in all retail environments.
- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Monitoring and motivating dealer performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
- Formulating and executing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in the channel
- Long term and short-term demand and sales forecasting Developing a continuous understanding of competition in a structured manner
- Create and implement a vibrant distribution network.
- Focus on business growth, increasing geo coverage to achieve sales target & establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory.
- Sales operation and management including funnel management, account planning, demo and implementing training programs for channels.
- Expected to be Self - motivated and go - getters who have the ability and skill to operate and achieve company's' goals and drive the business partners P&L.
- Brand Custodian.
Eligibity :-
- Graduate / MBA with 6 - 8 years of Channel Sales experience.
- Should possess excellent people, communication, and analytical skills apart from having a good grasp of channel development.
The person should possess high levels of energy, should be able to deal with ambiguity, pay attention to detail and high level of interpersonal skills.
