Role:
Filter You is seeking a Sales Associate Intern to join our team and spearhead our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and qualifying promising sales prospects, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and securing deals. Collaborating closely with our team of designers, developers, and marketing professionals, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clientele.
A Typical Day at Filter You as a Sales Associate Intern would look like:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through extensive market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific market segments, client needs, and industry trends.
- Demonstrate exceptional closing skills , adeptly negotiating and finalising deals to maximise revenue generation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target industries, fostering trust and rapport.
- Provide unwavering sales support to the marketing and design teams , ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest AR/VR advancements and emerging technologies, ensuring Filter You remains at the forefront of innovation.

Candidates Must Be:
- Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)
- Must be able to work Flexibly, WFH and WF Office
- Days of work: Mondays to Fridays
- Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
Internship Duration: 4-6 Months (Opportunity to get converted and become a permanent member of Filter You Fam basis performance during Internship period!)
Compensation during Internship Period: INR 25,000 - 30,000/Month

Interview Process:
- Recruiter Screening - Based on communication skills, overview of role and responsibilities and past relevant experience.
- Technical Screening - An opportunity for you to engage with one or both of our co-founders, gaining profound insight into our company's vision and discovering how you can play a pivotal role in bringing us closer to achieving that vision.
- If everything goes well, then Training and Development along with the onboarding process.
