Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at FracSpace Private Limited. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. You will also collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit top sales talent. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field
- Strong recruiting and networking skills
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Ability to train and develop sales team members
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process
- Ability to qualify prospects and close sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives
