Job description

Formulating strategy for acquiring various categories of colleges

Generating leads and acquiring new college clients.

Educating potential clients on importance of emotional well-being

Creating various documents required for closing the deal

Traveling for making the presentations for sales and relationship management

Maintaining relationships with clients

Requirement

Graduation/ Post Graduation

Prior Sales Experience of 2-6 years in one of the following areas: -Selling preventive healthcare packages to college -Selling Counselling/ Mental wellness services -Selling College management services/ tools

Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component.

Polished personality, excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to Vice Chancellor, Owner, Deans, Directors at colleges.

Should genuinely care about emotional well-being space

A knowledge in psychology is a plus
