Position: Civil Site Head Education Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) Full Time Total Experience – 20+ years Job Location – Rajasthan -Any from the below Jasrasar, Bikaner Bhadra, Hanumangarh Mandrella, Jhunjhunu Sardarshahar, Churu Dhod, Sikar Chhatargarh, Bikaner

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Execution & Monitoring

- To direct and coordinate with the contractors & clients regarding project activities - construction, installation, manufacturing, documentation, and testing activities.

Inspections to ensure conformance

to design and equipment specifications and comply with operational and safety standards.

To review project schedule

to assure project completion on time.

Review of Method Statement and Technical Specification

of Civil and Safety, Job safety analysis.

Contractor Bill Certification

as per the Bill of Quantity & Technical Specification, extra item rate analysis & claim resolution.

Quantity Survey & Estimation .

Procurement Scheduling & follow-up

with suppliers.

Surveying

of Plot & Building and Setting Layout plan as per drawing.

Engineering Drawings review

and

Design Coordination .

Cost Management & Cost controlling

with proper engineering approaches and design suggestions.

Resource Planning for Projects .

Review meetings

with stakeholders for

progress monitoring & controlling .

Should have expertise in:

AutoCAD

Cast-in-situ Piling

- Execution, Pile Tests.

Water Treatment System & Underground Water RCC Tanks.

Major Foundations - Boiler Foundation, Transformer Foundation, Press Foundation, Equipment Foundations.

R.C.C. Building, Control Rooms, Effluent Treatment Plant.

Steel Structure and Roofing & Cladding Works.

Retaining Walls & Introjected Wall.

Finishing works

Blockwork, Plaster, False Ceiling, False Flooring, Vitrified Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, Plumbing & Sanitary Works, Acid/Alkali resistant Tiles, ACP Cladding, Facade works, Door & Windows etc.

Infrastructure works

- PQC Roads, Sewer Networks, Drainage System & Compound Walls.

Steel Structure Works.

Rock Mapping & Guniting

Work s.

Land Development & Surveying Works.

Billing Management .

The person would have overall responsibility for :

- Lead Civil Execution at Site Level.

- Finalisation of Civil Vendors and Scope.

- Finalisation Of Civil Work Orders to be allocated to vendors with timelines and penal clauses.

- Negotiate Work Contracts and finalise them accordingly.

- Ensure Civil Work is executed at the Plant level with complete adherence to designs and approved drawings.

- Civil Execution towards Thermal/other Power Projects are mandatory.

- Ensure that the scope of work and timelines, cost and quality parameters are defined.

- Ensure Complete Coordination with the Project team at the site location.
