Responsibilities and Duties

Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the day to day operations as part of the organization's administrative team.
This position will lead all the tracking and generating reports as per the requirements from Operations and Human
resources. Success in this position is accomplished through an understanding of business operations, existing training
programs and Marriott's protocol. In addition, the Admin Assistant must have the skills to effectively manage multiple
projects at the same time, meet deadlines and exhibit strong communication skills.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean
and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Report accidents, injuries,
and unsafe work conditions to manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate
and address associate's service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others,
support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other
reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
â–ª Scheduling meetings and appointments.
â–ª Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
â–ª Travel arrangements.
â–ª Reminders on important due dates and required follow-ups for center projects.
â–ª Weekly center visit updates.
â–ª MOD Scheduling
â–ª Tracking break Exceed and reporting to leaders.
â–ª Maintain master manpower sheet (Shared Drive) – Update must be recorded till previous Monday.
â–ª Training completion report for the center. (Reports to be shared every Monday with site leadership)
â–ª Maintaining defaulter reports for missing due dates.
â–ª Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
â–ª Gift Management i.e., Tracking, distribution & inventory.
â–ª RNR Records.
â–ª Supporting human resources in new hire joining if required*
â–ª Submitting site related claims
