The ideal candidate is a team player from payments product background who own the entire product lifecycle (credit card) from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Location - Gurgaon ( Please apply only if you are open to relocate ) This role will comprise of 1. Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements- and technical constraints. 2. Work in one of our multidisciplinary product teams and collaborate with our Head of Design, stakeholders and engineers in an iterative, transparent, and feedback-driven process. 3. What sort of personalization should be introduced for a given customer segment. You may even want to run A/B tests to validate your hypothesis. 4. Define the roadmap of products for your area and work with team of product managers and engineering team for implementing the roadmap 5. Define the strategy for the product with a competition benchmarking. 6. Lead the complete implementation of new products and industry updates for a bug free shipment. 7. What sort of questions should we ask our users during onboarding / in-app, to understand their preferences 8. Produce engaging experiences using sketches, storyboards, information architecture blueprints and prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improve and support the design process. 9. What tools can we build to understand our user behaviours 10. What kind of engagement dashboards should we create for customers to get insights from 11. What metrics to track and ensure instrumentation is in place You will be working across Engineering, Data Science and Growth teams to identify problem statements and building products to solve those problems with relevant product solution. Requirements · 2+ years on Product Management preferably in consumer-facing platforms · MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred · Previous experience in payment products and Personalization preferred · Good with Data Analysis and ability to communicate to all stakeholders including visual presentationsJob tags
