we need purchase officer for the leading chemical company in vadodara
Designation -Officer Purchase (Female Candidate)
Qualification : Graduate (Engineering and Chemistry background).
Exp : Having minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Raw Material(Chemicals) purchasing.
Job Profile :
1. Should have the basic experience of Purchasing.
2. Should have the knowledge of SAP.
3. Getting the BOQ approval from Purchase Manager & Floating enquiries
4. Follow up for the quotations.
5. Preparing the comparative statements in the system
6. Conversion of Purchase Request Quote to Purchase Order in the SAP
7. Follow up for the delivery.
8. Preparing the weekly reports of the Purchase requests, Purchase Orders status
9. Good Knowledge of MS Office
10. Coordination with Production Department for requirement & Finance Dept for the payments
11. Good Team Player and with good com
