Job Description:
· Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. · Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. · Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. · Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in the frozen food industry. · Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure contracts for contract manufacturing services. · Oversee the processing of sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients. · Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements. · Generate regular reports on sales performance, order fulfilment, and customer satisfaction. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting reports. · Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. · Work closely with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and address any challenges affecting sales operations. · Prepare product costing and coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for the same. · Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients. · Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements. · Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities. · Monitor and control costs associated with client acquisition and contract fulfilment. · Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts. · Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize production processes and meet client specifications. · Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the ERP systemJob tags
