Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist. The role involves managing Candidate documents queries and portal checks through phone and email communication, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining data in excel sheet and portal to the work done on time.

Qualifications

• Any graduation is fine
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Strong focus on improving client satisfaction
• Ability to remain calm and patient even in difficult situations
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in onboarding and payroll Service role is preferred
• Salary upto 25k in hand.
