We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our company within the next month for the position of Assistant Manager or Manager. As part of our Finance team, you will be responsible for a range of finance-related tasks, including reconciliation, MIS reporting, audit, taxation, transfer pricing, cost apportionment, GST, banking, salary processing, liaisoning with auditors and bankers, coordinating with the US accounting team, assisting the CFO in due diligence, acquisitions, company formation, NCLT matters, and documentation. Location: Our office is located in Bandra West, Mumbai. Experience and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, along with a CA qualification. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
