Job description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mohali India

Qualifications:

Salary Range: INRper month

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and initiate communication to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling emails and networking.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for business growth.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  9. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  5. Highly motivated and targetoriented.
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  7. Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
