Job description
We have an immediate requirement for an RPO Client.
Candidate with and MBA with 2-5 years of Experience in Recruitment
Must have extensive working experience on Contract Staffing and Permanent Staffing
Ability to manage end-end recruitment cycle
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Effective planning and communication skills
Ability to interface with senior management
Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfully
Result oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Should have good convincing and negotiating skill
Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks
