Position : Customer Service Agents (Inbound process)
Location : Gurgaon sec 18 (onsite)

Role & responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirement:
- Excellent communication
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
Working : Day shift (10am7pm)

Experience : Fresher and Experience Qualification : Graduate and post graduate For Non premium process needs average to good communication skills For premium process needs good to excellent communication skills Documents pan card, adhar card, vaccination certificate and qualification marksheets(must) Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and influence. Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections. Time management skills to meet call quotas and targets Listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
