Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at SWAPKERS located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing, including customer service, sales training, and sales management. The role is located in New Delhi, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Customer service experience or strong customer-facing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Training or coaching skills preferred but not required
- Able to work independently and remotely if needed
- Experience in the sales or marketing industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
